Meadowood Regional Park - Lutherville-Timonium, MD

Meadowood Regional Park provides a balanced mix of recreation and nature, with many amenities as well as areas designated for environmental protection. Meadowood has seven athletic fields, including five fields with lighting, one of which is artificial turf. In addition, there are three pavilions, a playground area, and paved walking paths.

Visitors entering Meadowood from its parking lot off of Falls Road will cross a footbridge spanning a tranquil wood-lined stream. A lovely view of Deep Run may be enjoyed from the bridge. Both Deep Run and a lengthy stretch of the Jones Falls (a County-designated environmental greenway), traverse the park property, meandering dose to Meadowood's east, south and west boundaries. Forest buffer areas have been established adjacent to the streams to help protect their water quality and to provide valuable wildlife habitat.
